A belief that the arts can make a difference is at the core of what we do.
This year we’ve been working with Homes For Cornwall, to help them tell the story of the housing crisis in Cornwall in a new way.
In 2021 People Project Cornwall was commissioned by St Petrocs to challenge stigmatising stereotypes around who faces or experiences homelessness and around different types of homelessness.
We’ve held discussions to help us all think about what art can and can’t do and you can find out a little bit more about these by downloading our pamphlet on the role of the arts during Covid here and a transcript of our 2023 panel discussion here or email us for a printed copy!
And of course we raise funds and awareness for organisations working with people facing housing security and homelessness through our community draws and exhibitions.
